Instruction
Hemoflex® is used in four steps:

Open the package and remove Hemoflex® (hereinafter referred to as the product).
The sealed package keeps Hemoflex® sterile until use. Do not use Hemoflex® if the package is damaged!

Gradually unroll the product and place it directly on the source of bleeding.
Make sure the wound is completely covered by the product. If necessary, apply a new product. The Z-shaped folding method allows Hemoflex® to be gradually unfolded, covering the entire damaged area evenly.
Pack the entire wound area tightly with Hemoflex® as close to the bleeding source as possible. This should ensure maximum contact between Hemoflex® and the bleeding source. Filling the entire wound with Hemoflex® will reduce blood loss and the risk of infection.

Apply firm manual pressure for 2–3 minutes. Check that the bleeding has stopped.
If bleeding starts again, remove the used product and apply a new one. After filling the entire wound, it is important to apply brief manual pressure to the injured area for better contact between Hemoflex® and the bleeding source. Manual compression for 2–3 minutes will significantly speed up bleeding control. Bleeding should be assessed visually.
If the major blood vessels are severely damaged, bleeding may continue. In this case, remove Hemoflex® from the wound as quickly as possible and apply a new one. If the repeated application of Hemoflex® is ineffective, it is advisable to use a tourniquet.

Bleeding is assessed visually; there should be no blood oozing from the wound. Leaving Hemoflex® in the wound during transport reduces the risk of bleeding restarting and lowers the risk of infection.

At the stage of primary surgical wound treatment, unlike powder and porous hemostatic products, the soft and elastic Hemoflex® material is easily, quickly, and completely removed from the wound without disturbing the integrity of the blood clot.

Использование Гемофлекс® Плюс осуществляется в четыре этапа:

ПОСТЕПЕННО РАЗВОРАЧИВАЯ ИЗДЕЛИЕ, НАЛОЖИТЕ ЕГО НЕПОСРЕДСТВЕННО НА ИСТОЧНИК КРОВОТЕЧЕНИЯ.
Убедитесь в полном закрытии раны изделием. При необходимости, дополнительно примените новое изделие. Z-образный способ укладки позволяет постепенно разворачивать Гемофлекс®, равномерно закрывая им всю поверхность повреждения.
При этом должен обеспечиваться максимальный контакт Гемофлекс® с источником кровотечения. Заполнение Гемофлекс® всей раны снизит кровопотерю и риск проникновения инфекции.
