Inmed develops and manufactures materials composed of polymer nanofibers produced by solution electrospinning. The applications of nanofibers are determined by the uniqueness of their properties, which are related to their diameter ranging from several tens to hundreds of nanometers.

We have rebranded and launched a new version of the local hemostatic agent on the market.
Both products have equally high efficacy and safety and are intended for first aid and emergency care to stop external traumatic bleeding. In both cases, hemostatic agents are used for temporary bleeding control, and after first aid is provided, the casualty must be transferred to a medical facility.
Now, our product is sold in the Russian Federation under the Hemoflex® brand. The hemostatic agent under the Hemoflex® Combat brand also remains on the market, but it is intended for export supplies.
“HemoFlex®” is registered in the Russian Federation as a “Sterile local hemostatic agent for the temporary control of external traumatic bleeding, according to Technical Specifications TU 32.50.50-004-67539369-2017,” registration certificate No. RZN 2020/9823 dated 14.12.2023.
The Hemoflex® product line includes not only Z-fold bandages measuring 7.5 x 160 cm and 7.5 x 300 cm, but also gauze pads measuring 7.5 x 15 cm.
We also offer a Hemoflex® 7.5 x 160 cm version with perforations along the length of the bandage, which makes it easy to split the bandage into 2 or 3 parts and use it effectively to stop bleeding in narrow, deep wounds.

Solutions
Local hemostatic agents are used to provide first aid and emergency care to stop bleeding of varying severity, both in Russia and abroad.
At the same time, the most widely used medical devices for the temporary control of external bleeding are based on the biopolymer N-acetyl-1,4-β-D-glucosamine, better known as chitosan. The potential use of chitosan as a hemostatic agent was first reported in 1983, when it was shown that contact between the biopolymer and defibrinated/heparinized blood/erythrocytes produces a gel-like blood clot, which prompted the use of this biopolymer in the manufacture of hemostatic medical devices.

QUALITY
At Inmed LLC’s production facility, a quality management system has been implemented, is operating, and is continuously being improved in accordance with the requirements of ISO 13485 and ISO 9001, as confirmed by the relevant certificates, including international ones.
The R&D and quality control team ensures strict compliance with requirements for the development, production, and quality control of the products, from the selection of raw material suppliers to the inspection of finished products. During production, the parameters of the manufacturing process, as well as the production environment, are continuously monitored. Each batch of products undergoes several stages of intermediate inspection. In the final quality control stage, before shipment to the customer, acceptance tests are carried out, and the results are recorded in the quality certificate. The delivery of Hemoflex® is always accompanied by a certificate that guarantees the quality and authenticity of the products.
Inmed’s specialization is electrospinning from polymer solutions. We develop and manufacture materials based on nanofibers for various applications.
The main product is a nanofibrous membrane produced using electrospinning technology for waterproof and breathable fabrics.
